🌮 Objectif
Avoir un "numéro de demande" que les demandeurs pourront utiliser pour discuter avec AC. Il en faut un à partir du moment où la demande a été effectivement envoyée à AC, et ce numéro suivra ensuite l'orga dans toute sa vie d'orga habilitée sur l'outil.
